Jeff Nicholas is an artist working in Los Angeles. Until August 2007 he worked as the Art Director and Special Creative Marketing Projects Director for Silva Artist Management, whose roster includes AFI, Beastie Boys, Beck, Blaqk Audio, Foo Fighters, Jimmy Eat World, Ryan Adams, Sonic Youth, Tenacious D, and The Mars Volta. Since leaving SAM, Jeff has gone on his own as Creative Director and Partner of The Uprising Creative with his design partner, Darren Craig.
Jeff's work can be seen on the album covers of many well known bands as well as merchandise design for bands such as: Foo Fighters, Beck, Jason Mraz, Fergie, Black Eyed Peas, Shinedown, Mae, The Doors, Black Sabbath and many more. He has also played an integral part in the development of special colab projects such as the Beck / Jeremyville Sketchel, the Foo Fighters / Billabong Co-Op Bordshort, Hooves Footwear, and many other interesting cross-promotional / co-op projects.
